Eternal God, My Protector

*Pause. Breathe. Place yourself in God’s presence.

Eternal God,
You who know what is hidden
and are aware of all things before they come to be,
You know the truth of my heart.

You see when I am misunderstood.
You know when words are twisted and lies are spoken.
You are aware of every injustice, every silence, every tear.

I place myself in Your hands.
Defend me where I cannot defend myself.
Speak truth where my voice feels unheard.
Remain with me when the weight feels heavy.

O Eternal God, as Your Word says, “You know what is hidden and are aware of all things before they come to be” (Daniel 13:42–43).

This truth guides me, protect me, and strengthen my heart.

I trust you, Eternal God,
today and always.
